Delete Schoology Account From Another School

For families that have an old Schoology account from another school, it cannot be combined with a St. Joseph School account. To free up the email address associated with that account, a parent can choose to delete it and then use their email address for a new account with St. Joseph School.

Follow these directions to permanently delete an old account:

Log into the old Schoology account that you wish to delete.
Navigate to https://app.schoology.com/settings/account/action?delete
Click the I Agree button to delete the account.

Q: What if I still need the account at the other school?
A: If you still need your old account, do not delete it. Instead, you can create an account at St. Joseph School with a username instead of an email address.
