If you already have a parent account in Schoology for one child, you can add additional children to your account.

To add a child to your parent account:

  1. Log into www.schoology.com
  2. Click on the drop-down menu located at the top-right of the screen and click on Add Child.

  3. Enter the Child Code for the child you'd like to add to your account. Note: If you don't have a Child Code please request it from the Tech Team please request it here by opening a support ticket.

  4. Click on the Use Code button to complete.
  5. You should now be able to view the added child by clicking on the drop-down arrow in the upper right corner.
Note: If you have created a Schoology account at another school, you may not see an Add Child button in your account. Please speak to the Technology team at the school to enable the ability to add other children.

Still, Having Issues connecting to another account? Follow the steps below using a computer.


  1. Use a web browser Chrome,Safari, Firefox etc. on a computer not  iPhone/android etc.
  2. Log out of the existing Schoology accounts, delete cookies or disable automatic login features, if necessary.
  3. Log in using username/password given from St. Joseph Admin, enter school zip code and select school from dropdown menu.
  4. Once you see your St. Joseph account and student info, go to upper right account info and select “settings” from drop down menu.
  5. From Settings page, select “link accounts” and enter email or username provided from the other school account. Follow prompts. 
  6. You should now be able to toggle back and forth between accounts from the account drop down on upper right corner.
  7. If you already have the Schoology app installed on your iPhone, refresh the app. To see your linked account, click “more” and your other account should be linked as well.
